How we think of this?
We have over complicated new development (thinking of at a city scale & employment), it's possible to think of things from scratch & make things right. A new canvas that brings together the learnings of the last century & reimagines a better future
Real estate is nothing but economic wealth concentrated in a particular geographical location Previously, it grew in value where physical jobs existed i.e cities. Employment is on the cloud now and people for the first time will choose a "better life"
The future of living is micro, integrated & fully serviced with a focus on community & better living. We move both people & wealth from concentrated metros to beautiful fully serviced sub-urban / rural hubs with a mission to build better lives, a better planet.

Many such projects begin with construction, then search for residents/community, we build them in sync. A community on the cloud followed by a community on land, values-aligned future residents, who represent the demand for the city.
There is a big disconnect between the current real-estate offerings & what the generation of today needs. The name "The Life Project", the positioning of a 10-minute car-free micro-city, and its community-centric approach resonates well with the world of today - this is one of the biggest problem statements (massive TAM), but also a business with a mission.
Car Free, Fully Serviced, and Integrated (everything in 10 minutes) brings together the most wholesome real estate experience. We rethink the need of cars in our daily lives.
Asset light approach to real estate. By aggregating & partnering with companies at a Central Level for real estate, facilities & amenities - we are curating the best experiences together to build a wholesome living experience and not reinventing the wheel everywhere.
The multi-living options (co-living, studios, villas) & college campus scale (~1000 members. 20 acres) is optimum (not big, not small) to provide the necessary volumes for us to bring & sustain the facilities/amenities on campus, as well as grow a mixed community.

We have partnered with India's premier real estate developer, Kailash Nath for the first two micro-cities. The selected locations are Kamshet, Maharashtra (700 members) followed by Mopa, Goa (500 members)

We are raising equity financing from a group of select community leaders in support of the mission. The development cost is supported by the sale of villas (2nd homes) within the micro-cities.

We are working on the complete architecture module for each of the micro-cities & releasing 3-D models of the same soon to open sales & offically launch
